I have been testing Roxy Ifrita Pryce as a Wind Stun Agent from Flint Workshop in Vyrium, and she has quickly become one of my favorite tempo pieces in Zenless Zone Zero. She is Claret’s assistant, and her profile describes her as efficient, organized, and highly dependable; in combat, that translates into controlled grouping and stun windows rather than flashy solo damage. My first impression is that she is a support-minded Stun unit who wants Energy Regen and CRIT Rate so her Core Skill bonuses actually matter. The community page shows a 9/10 score from 13 votes, while my personal score is 7.5 because she rewards team coordination more than raw solo power.

⚡ My Build Priorities

I build Roxy to maximize Energy Regen and CRIT Rate, aiming to get the most out of her Core Skill bonuses. I do not treat her as a main DPS; I want her to cycle her Special Attack, create Eyes of the Storm, and hand a clean damage window to my main damage dealer. That is why my stat lens is practical rather than greedy: energy first, crit consistency second, and raw damage last.

Priority Why I value it
Energy Regen I need enough energy to hold Special Attack often and keep the tornado loop active.
CRIT Rate I want reliable crit pressure so her Core Skill bonuses feel consistent.
CRIT DMG I value this more on Attack and Rupture teams, especially with the third Drive Disc set.
ATK I treat ATK as a secondary comfort stat, not the reason I bring Roxy.

👥 Best Teams and Bangboo

For my Premium Team, Roxy helps Claret boost Armorer damage, with Rina as an effective Electric support for the team. I like this setup because Roxy groups enemies and opens a stun window, Claret converts that window into Armorer pressure, and Rina smooths the team’s support flow. My alternative recommendation is Roxy with Pyrois as the main damage dealer and Nicole providing support. In that version, I use Roxy as the wind-powered setup agent and let Pyrois cash out the grouped targets.

Team Members My role for Roxy
Premium Armorer Roxy + Claret + Rina Roxy helps Claret boost Armorer damage; Rina adds Electric support.
Alternative Roxy + Pyrois + Nicole Pyrois is the main damage dealer; Nicole provides support.

I match Bangboo to the team’s damage profile and grouping needs rather than forcing one universal pick. If my team already groups enemies well, I lean toward a Bangboo that supports damage; if I need more control, I value utility.

🗡️ Best W-Engines

These W-Engines are rated based on performance at Update Level 0. I compare options at that baseline before investing, because Roxy’s value comes from cycling energy and crit consistency, not from a single huge stat stick. I look for Energy Regen, CRIT Rate, and team-friendly utility first.

🎯 Best Drive Discs

The first, second, and fourth sets are recommended for Roxy if I plan to use her on Armorer Teams. The third set is best when I build Roxy for Attack and Rupture Teams, because that set’s buff focuses on CRIT DMG. I do not mix these priorities blindly; I choose the set path after I lock the team.

Set slot Best use My note
First Armorer Teams My default when Roxy is enabling Claret.
Second Armorer Teams A comfortable alternative when I need different substat balance.
Fourth Armorer Teams I use it when the team plan is clearly Armorer-focused.
Third Attack and Rupture Teams I pick this when the CRIT DMG buff matters more than Armorer support.

🌪️ Kit Overview and How I Play

With enough energy, I hold Special Attack to unleash a tornado. I can control the tornado’s movement while building up Roxy’s personal resource, Wind Energy. At the end of this state, Roxy deals additional Wind DMG, consumes all Wind Energy, and creates an Eye of the Storm on the battlefield. That is the core of my gameplay loop: gather, control, and convert.

Roxy’s tornadoes can gather enemies together, making it easier to deal with multiple targets at once. After I group a bunch of targets, I swap to my main DPS before Roxy launches another blast of wind to optimize my damage. I do not hold the field too long; Roxy’s job is to make the next damage window cleaner.

With enough Eyes of the Storm on the field, Roxy automatically launches a heavy attack that detonates the eyes. This summons a powerful tornado that attacks enemies. I treat that automatic detonation as the payoff moment, so I set up my grouping first and save my main DPS burst for the aftermath.

My practical skill priority is Core Skill first, Special Attack second, then Chain Attack and Ultimate, with Basic Attack and Dodge last. I prioritize Core because the build is built around Core Skill bonuses; Special Attack is the tornado engine. I level Chain and Ultimate for burst windows, and I keep Basic and Dodge at a comfortable baseline rather than maxing them first.

🧪 Mindscape Cinema and Materials

I treat Mindscape Cinema as a bonus, not a requirement. The base stun-and-group loop is already clear, so I would only chase copies after I have a stable team and Drive Disc setup. For materials, I keep promotion and skill materials separate from this build discussion, but I bank them before the banner because Roxy’s value comes online fastest when her Core Skill and Special Attack are ready.

📅 How to Get Roxy

Roxy is available from the Limited Banner Cindernight Respite in Version 3.2 of Zenless Zone Zero from September 30, 2026 to October 20, 2026. If I were pulling now, I would plan around that window and prepare her materials in advance.

🎙️ Voice Actor and Lore

English VA: Bryn Apprill. Japanese VA: Akasaki Chinatsu. Chinese VA: Liu Yilei. Korean VA: Lee Bo-yong. Roxy works at Flint Workshop and works closely with Claret Flint. According to Miss Claret, Roxy is considered equivalent to ten assistants. Roxy was seen working with Claret at Roscaelifer in the Before the Wind Rises teaser video.

She has pale green hair and wears thick-framed black glasses. Her style is eccentric and dark, emphasized by a large metal accessory that reads ‘RIP’. I like that her visual identity matches her combat identity: controlled chaos, sharp presentation, and a very deliberate kind of support.

Final Impression

I like Roxy most when I stop trying to make her the star and start using her as a wind-powered stage manager. She gathers enemies, builds Wind Energy, creates Eyes of the Storm, and then lets my main DPS take the spotlight. For Armorer teams with Claret and Rina, she feels smooth and purposeful; for Attack and Rupture teams with Pyrois and Nicole, she feels like a setup tool with real CRIT DMG upside. My score stays at 7.5 because she is not a plug-and-play carry, but when I build around Energy Regen, CRIT Rate, and clean swap timing, Roxy makes the whole team feel more organized.
